Scorpion Automotive Limited – Dealer Portal Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Scorpion Automotive Dealer Portal (“the Portal”). By registering for and using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration
Use of the Portal is restricted to approved trade dealers and business entities authorised by Scorpion Automotive Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or revoke access at our sole discretion.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Pricing and Orders

All prices displayed on the Portal are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Orders placed through the Portal are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including, but not limited to, instances where pricing errors or stock discrepancies occur.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 30-Day Credit Account Holders
If you are approved for a 30-Day Credit Account:

You may place orders up to your available credit limit.

If an order exceeds your available credit, the system will require immediate payment by card before the order can be processed.

Failure to provide valid payment details may result in the order being cancelled.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke credit facilities at any time without notice.
5.2 Other Payment Methods
For customers not using a credit account or exceeding credit limits, all orders must be paid in full by card or other accepted payment methods at checkout.
6. Order Cancellation

We retain the right to cancel or amend any order prior to dispatch.

In the event of cancellation, any pre-authorised payments will be voided or refunded.

You may request cancellation of an order before dispatch, subject to our approval.
7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Title to goods passes on full payment. Risk in the goods passes on delivery.
8. Returns and Warranty

All information, pricing, and materials on the Portal are confidential and intended solely for authorised dealers.

You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Portal to third parties without written permission.
10. Website Content & Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that all information provided on the Portal is accurate and up to date. However:

We do not warrant that the Portal will be error-free or uninterrupted.

In the event of an error relating to product pricing, availability, or description, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or amend any affected orders.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
